What is the best thing to put on my spot?

i get these big spots what scar after i have had them, i cleanse day and night but i need to put something actually directly on the spots, the best way to describe this spot is, a red lump with no head that is very painfull. i have about 3 of these spots. i currently put sudocreame on the ones that are kind of fading and i have been given this spot balm by my doctor called zineryt or something.

i would just love a few suggestions on what i can do to prevent these spots and get rid of them. i all ready drink lots and lots of water and green tea and i eat lots of fruit and veg and protein. i dont eat any snacks like chocolate

i am a 16 year old male by the way and i really get depressed over my spots and i offten dont go out because of them, i have missed lots of school and social gatherings i just generally need some good advise from you kind people :)

Tea tree oil or Clean and clear Persa gel 10 is wonderful

I’ve spend 2 years buying all these skin products for my mild acne- nothing worked. 2 weeks ago I finally went to my GP and she prescribed erythromycin and In 2 weeks my skin has cleared, and I only have 1 tiny spot, it took away scars aswell. If you want an effective long term treatment for spots, get some sort of antibiotic

How can I make my breasts look bigger in a swimsuit?

I have fairly small breasts. And when I’m in a bakini I feel super flat next to my more developed friends. I’m 5′ 89lbs and I am a 30 b. but when I’m in a swim suit I look like a 34 a. Any tips??

try victorias secret for a slightly padded bathing suit, they have many from tons of padding to very little

dude ur 89 lb?? ur skinny… and try putting an actual bra underneath because swim tops dont provide much support plus the bra will add extra padding! (believe me it works) just make it one with no straps and tight so it wont slip off.

Since you are skinny, this will happen. Where a push-up swim suit. It just is padded more and lifts them up more. It will help! :)

where inflatable things

where a one peice swim suit

buy accents

How to fix the belly button piercing infection?

Okay so i pierced my belly button and i had to take it out and it looks like its forming an infection. It has pus and it feels like its forming a bump. what should i do? i cant tell my parents either.

take the ring out and let it heal. and ice the site. then disinfect it! if your pierced it yourself, you may have done one of the stupidest things you can do. -.-. sorry to be blunt. but it is dangerous!

Do not take the bar out whatever you do. Keep the bar in so it can allow the pus to drain and not stay inside you and cause an internal, serious infection. Wash it with sea salt, and don’t touch it. Most belly piercings get infected within a few weeks, just leave it, clean it and wait for it to pass. If it doesn’t, go to a doctor as they can give some anti infection pills.

Okay so i had the same problem (got mine done in november) what i did was i kept the ring in DO NOT TAKE THE RING OUT, and clean it legit every hour or 2, using q-tips helps to get in all the little crevasses in your belly button, also i had the bump forming so i took a q tip and pressed down on it to drain it (ew i know) but now im fully healed and i still have my belly ring

You should have left the ring in and cleaned it.Since you have already removed it just clean it with antibacterial soap and water 1 to 2 times a day.3 times a week do sea salt soaks to help you out .

Why do i have really wrinkly eyes when i smile?

The bits under my eyes are very wrinkly whenever i smile, I’m only 15? I’m a very happy person and I’m always smiling and laughing, could this be why? and would moisturizing daily stop this from happening as much?

Whenever someone smiles, it happens. Some have more excess skin than others do. The skin moves upward when you smile making the thought happen that you have wrinkles. You don’t it happens to me also. Just use a moisturizer daily to help keep your skin nice and glowing. Embrace your smile! :)

Arghhhh hating acne! How do I get rid off them?

I’m a 15 year old girl. I had wonderful skin besides the random spot or black head, and then all of a sudden, I developed about 10-15 white pimples and spots on my right cheek! I haven’t changed my diet, and still exercising the right amount. Why has this happened? My dermatologist said it was probably a hormone imbalance, so what shall I do? How do I prevent it from spreading? (I drink loads of water)

One way to naturally help spots is to wash your hands, rinse the soap off and then just wipe your face with your wet clean hands. I’m not sure if it really works but if you do it every morning like me, your spots might look healthier and gradually go away. I also use some spot treatment every morning. Again, I’m not sure if it works but it’s worth a try. You can get some basically any supermarket, or a pharmacy.
Try not to touch your face if you’ve got dirty hands because it won’t do any good for the spots.
Hope i helped and good luck:)

Strongly reccommend cutting out dairy, high GI foods and too much caffeine. Acne is a hormonal thing and they all affect your hormones.

Be sure to drink plenty of water. And get calcium from other sources.

Also wash your face twice a day with something gentle. This is the best thing I have found in 5 years purelynaturalskin.co.uk/shop/
Also moisturise once a day with something that is n(will not clog your pores)

Often skin care products (especially chemical products) are harsh and aggravate acne prone skin.

Give it one month to start seeing real results.

okay, are u in India? if yes, i have a solution, there is this product called "SAFI" its from hamdard brand, its liquid medicine, take one tea spoon post lunch in the afternoon and one more post dinner, continue drinking lots of water, i has worked for me, you can give it a try. its bitter in taste, please don’t curse me while drinking it, you can buy the small bottle for 40 INR. this basically purifies your blood and hence enables you to get clearer skin. along with this, apply nomarks while going to bed. this is an amazing product for pimples.

Make sure you wash your face everyday really well. But also, nobody ever recommends this because they think you get wrinkles. But if your scrub your face (with soap), gently but are enough, your zits go away. People don’t tell you cause they say you will get wrinkles, but the reality is your gonna get wrinkles anyways, and scrubbing your face won’t make you get wrinkles any sooner than anyone else.

My brother used to have this,
dont worry for now, like your doctor said, it’s probably something to do with your hormones.
If it gets worse, get more advice from your doctor for what creams and stuff you can use!
Don’t mix them up though!
And one bit of advice, if it does get worse and the doctor suggests laser treatment,
THINK ABOUT IT CAREFULLY. It worked for my brother, then all his spots came back after about a month!

hope i’ve helped! x

yeah your dermas prolly right. Dont touch it for one thing and put some acne treatments on it. Also (this may sound gross) But vinegar works REALLY well. Yeah i know it sounds gross and it might sting a little but vinegar is a natural cleanser and it works pretty fast too. the first time i tried it it took only two days to see noticeable changes. only put it on three nights a week though. And if you have sensitive skin this might not be so good for you bc i have tough skin (:

Sunbathing question- moisture or no moisture?

Obviously I know about the potential dangers of sunbathing, and also the necessity to use sun cream etc, but I was just wondering if anyone knows- is it better to sunbathe with dry skin or with moisturiser on?

I’m asking in terms of how to catch more sun/get a tan easier or faster.

I know people use oil, so I’m assuming moisturiser has more benefits in terms of getting a tan, but I’ve also been told that certain moisturisers work as a sun block?

If it is better to use moisturiser, does anyone have any cheap recommendations?

Thanks!

You should use moisturizer. Moisturized skin tans much better than dry skin. You should stay hydrated by drinking lots of water too. You should use moisturizer with aloe in it afterward too to make sure you don’t burn. I’m not sure of moisturizers acting as a sun block, but I’ve never had a problem (i use gold bond ultimate healing and various hemp moisturizers when I go tanning). I would recommend hemp based moisturizer as well because it will help lock in your tan.

Help with facee please :?

i have a lot of cuts on my face from messing with pimples (i know im stopping) do you know of anyway i can make them heal fast?

I’m really bad at this too, I tried covering them with makeup and washing them with soap but this just feeds them, the best thing to do is let air get to them, don’t touch them and when you’re next at a beauty place (like boots or superdrug) try getting some teatree stuff, put it on directly to your spots just before bed and first thing in the morning (it will sting but only for a minute) and they should be gone within a couple of days

superdrughair/superdrug-tea-tree-and-peppermint-spot-stick-8ml/invt/587249/&bklist=

Use hydrogen peroxide as a toner and exfoliate with a honey sugar mixture once a week. To clear up your skin try using a clear soap, I recommend Pears Transparent soap. I never had real problems with my skin but my grandmother only used Pears. When I had my sons, the two older ones had real issues with their skin and between dermatologists and Proactive I spent thousands of dollars and nothing worked. Then one day I was shopping at the Dollar Tree and found Pears again.. two months later their skin was clear and I wasn’t spending a ton of cash to fix it.

dude same heree. okay do this: get some olive oil (idk if it works with other oils) and massage it into your face for two minutes. afterwards take a steaming rag and rest it on your face for another few minutes and keep doing this every night. The oil with the rag is supposed to loosen the dead skin of your scars and let it come off after a while. I tried it once and kept forgetting to do it again but it worked!

How do i make my skin darker? I want it to just look healthier?

I’m very light skinned and just wanted some advice on trying to get a little darker. I will not go tanning btw

I am in the same boat, and I have found 2 products that are AMAZING!!! I usualy get drugstore stuff, but I ended up splurging on these 2 things, and it was totally worth it. I wear them daily, and have for the last year!

1. Estee Lauder daywear plus sheer tint release. It is a moisturizer with spf. In the tube it looks gray. As you rub it into your skin, it has little beads that burst, and give you a very light tint of tan color. And It gives a very nice natural glow. It is very subtle, but it makes a difference! I notice it the most in pictures. Like before I used it in pictures I would look totally pasty white. But when i was wearing this, I would look glowy!

2. Too Faced Aqua Bunny Bronzer. This stuff is awesome!! It is waterproof, so its great for the summer! It is a cream bronzer, so it looks very natural, and is very buildable (so you can get a very sheer look, or a dark look). it smells like pina colada! The brush that comes with it is okay. I tend to use an ecotools powder brush that came in the travel set (short handled) I put it on my forehead by the hair line (the j lo effect), on my temples, and cheekbones.

There is tanning lotions in stores that you can puy it will make you a little tanner and it is not harmful. It will only last a few days so not vey long. Or you can stay in the sun for a few minutes if it is sunny outside that will give you a little bit of a tan. Remember to put sunscreen on when going out in the sun.

Maybe wait for the summer or go to a trip in a country that is always sunny and warm and sunbathe in there.

Bronzer, its just like foundation but it gives you a glow :) you can get bronzer for under ?10 at superdrug etc

How do I get rid of my acne?

I’ve got acne and I want to get rid of it. I’ve tryed everything. All the products like frederm. I’ve also get some cream from my doctor it helped but it didn’t get rid of all of it. Any ideas :D

Here are some many different ways to help and keep your skin beautiful and radiant!
————————————–

Standard Steps to Beautiful Skin

1. Daily regular wash with cleanser
2. After washing, pat dry, and then put a warm, wet towel on your face to open your pores.
3. Put your acne medication/gel on
4. Moisturizer/toner
***Garnier Dark Spot Remover works well for removing dark spot and acne scars!***

————————————–

For acne:

-I use a clindamycin gel, it’s a prescription though and you would need to talk to your doctor about it to see if it would be alright for your skin, too.

-Try hard boiling an egg, then once you take it out of the water, slowly peel off the shell and there is this thin white filament that can come off. It is on the inner side of the shell. Peel that white skin off of the shell and put it on your problematic acne. Leave it on there, until it dries onto it. Then, keep it there for about 30-1hr if you’re in a hurry, but best if kept on overnight. This should do the trick! It worked for me, but many people have different skin types. But just give it a try :) Good luck!

-***Grinding orange peel and adding a bit of water to make into a paste is an excellent home remedy for acne! Just make the paste then put on affected area, leave on for about 10 minutes, then rinse off with warm or cool water. Do this daily, or every other day. I have been using this for about a week now, and on the first day, you will already notice dramatic softening of your skin. By the third day, your acne will already begin to reduce. The Vitamin C and slight acidity in the orange is what helps with the reducing and clearing of the acne.
————————————–

Some other masks that help with a variety of slight skin problems:

To Brighten: Cut a slice of ripe papaya and remove the seeds and pulp (save the pulp for a snack later-it’s great for digestion). Rub the inside of the papaya peel on your cleansed face, focusing on lines around the mouth and eyes, crow’s feet, thinning temples, neck and hands. Let it dry for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse with tepid water.

To Exfoliate: Combine 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp olive oil. Separately, prepare a packet of plain oatmeal, using less water than called for so it forms a thick paste. Next, add the honey and olive oil mixture to the cooked oatmeal. Apply as a scrub, gently rubbing it in small circles over your skin, avoiding the eye area. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry.

To Cleanse: Combine 1 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt with 2 tsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp lemon oil (not to be confused with lemon juice; lemon oil is an essential oil that can be found at health food stores). The mixture should be a little bit runny but not easily poured out. Massage it over skin, then immediately wipe it off with a washcloth soaked in tepid water.

To Lift & Tighten: Combine 2 Tbsp plain yogurt with 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (the juice of one lemon) and apply to your cleansed face and neck. Let it dry for 20 to 30 minutes. You’ll feel the mask tighten on your face and neck, which creates a lifting and firming effect. Leave it on longer (up to one hour) for even more face-lifting effects. Once done, rinse with tepid water followed by a cool rinse.

To Tone: After cleansing your skin, brew a cup of chamomile or green tea and allow it to cool. Then soak two clean, round makeup sponges in the tea and squeeze out any excess liquid. Place one on each of your eyes for 15 minutes.

To Soothe: Combine 2 Tbsp honey with 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. Apply to your clean face and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with tepid water followed by a cool rinse.

To Moisturize: Macan-Graves recommends oatmeal and fennel to help moisturize dry skin. Grind 1 Tbsp oatmeal in a blender and set aside. Add 1 Tbsp fennel seeds to 1/2 cup boiling water to make a tea. Allow the seeds to steep for 10 minutes; strain the seeds and discard. Let it cool down to room temperature and then combine 1 Tbsp of the fennel tea with 1 Tbsp ground oatmeal and 1 Tbsp honey. Apply the mixture to your clean face and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with tepid water followed by a cool rinse.

To Brighten: Combine 2 Tbsp sour cream with 2 Tbsp honey and 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. Apply to your cleansed face and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with tepid water followed by a cool (not cold) rinse.

Hope this helps,

Sonia (email me if you need any more help) :)

Use a face mask once or twice a week (i use a face mask that is quite light) and i use it everyday and its called "3 minute clay mask cucumber for all skin types" (from boots). Or you could you could use another but this helped get rid of my acne in less than a month. Im a 17 year old girl who suffered from acne for about 6-7 years now. This really helped and ive got scarring from it and if you have that too, i recommend lemon juice. I put it on everynight and leave it on and then wash in the morning when i shower but if you have sensetive skin, i recommend you don’t do that but leave it on for 10-30 minutes and then wash off (p.s it does tingle). Anyways hope i helped, because ive been through that too! :)

For answers this question I wanna know what types of and from what have you been suffering this acne?It is an important question.Allergy is one of the major factor for growing acne.Every person carry some germs of allergy. One blood test can you tell you what type of allergy are you carried out. Then you must meet a Skin Specialist who refers you and prescribe you better medicine and suggestion.

Sometimes you just have to put up with it. Ask to see a dermatologist. There is one drug that u can only get from them. U have to have a blood test every month while you’re on it + it has some nasty side-effects. For about 60/70% of people it can cure acne but for some people it’ll just come back. Can’t remember what it’s called but your doc or dermatologist will know
